- All drivers must be in possession of a valid UK provisional licence and must satisfy the minimum legal eyesight requirements.
- GLS Driving reserves the right to withhold the use of the vehicle for the driving test if, in the instructors opinion, you are not at a suitable standard or you owe money for previous lessons.
- GLS Driving is not responsible for driving tests cancelled/postponed by the DVSA.
- If you need to cancel or rearrange a lesson a minimum of 48 hours notice is required, if not you may be charged in full for the lesson, if it is not paid for before next lesson then lessons will be postponed until money is received.
- Lessons cancelled by GLS Driving due to adverse weather conditions, mechanical faults or unforeseen circumstances will be rescheduled where possible.
